We do not send out tickets as all our tickets are 'e-tickets'. You will receive your ticket(s) straight after your purchase. Please check you spam/junk folder as sometimes they may end up in there. If you do not receive your email or delete it by mistake, don't worry, you can contact us (direct through the relevant festival website) and we'll send you another copy or simply bring your payment confirmation/copy of your receipt with you to the site.
